3 chutneys to accompany liver-fat, meats, poultries

To enclose the entry of the menu of baptism of our chip, here now receipts of the chutneys which I had realized to accompany the pot by liver-fat.

Cooked semi foie gras

Chutney with onions
Ingredients (for 2 bottles):
red or pink onion 800g
fair dry grape 200g
slightly salted butter 80g
fair cane sugar 130g
red wine vinegar 8cl
20 red wine Cl

Chutney with figs
Ingredients (for 1 bottle):
fig 500g
2 small onions pink or reds
1/2 apple
10 red wine vinegar Cl
fair cane sugar 110g
1 DC of 4 spices
Salt

Ingredients (for 2 bottles):
2 golden delicious apples of good size
1 small pink onion

10 cider vinegar Cl
1 olive oil Cs
salt and pepper of the mill

To put the dry grapes to inflate in qques spoons with warm water soup.
Emincez finely the onion, cut apples in Des.

Variations around the crumble

Ingredients (for 6 people):
7 apples
140g of brown rice flour
almond powder 40g
butter 90g
brown sugar 130g
2 Cs of fresh cream

Peel and cut apples in districts. Citronnez them so that they do not blacken.

Curry of turkey to 2 apples (without cow's milk)

Sanded with apples, nuts and figs
