Curry of pig to pineapple

When I receive friends for the WE, I like to accomodate my guests by a dish comforting and generous, one of these dishes which quietly mijotés with the corner of fire while one business in all the house for all to prepare.

My last lucky find on the matter is a curry of pig to the pineapple which I found in the 250 best receipts of It with table. I somewhat modified the receipt to adapt it to the season and the contents of the wall cupboards. A very soft curry, fleshlight sleeve meat and vegetables, the marinated meat of pig is soft and melting, a treat. Take guard to choose a piece in the net so that the meat is not fatty.

Ingredients (for 5 people):
800g of pig in the net
2 yoghourts with the ewe's milk
1 limps of pineapple sections drained
1 green pepper
2 carrots
2 potatoes
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
150g of tomato pulp limp about it (or 3 fresh tomatos in season)
1 powder cinnamon DC
1 sheet of bay-tree
juice of a green lemon
2 Cs of powder curry
2 olive oil Cs
salt

In advance: prepare the marinade of pig. In using fleshlight salad bowl, mix a yoghourt, the juice of lemon, the curry using fleshlight finely chopped garlic.
Detail the pig in cubes of 2 side cm, before putting it in the marinade. Mix well and let marinate at least 30 min.

During this time, detail all vegetables of small pieces: carrots, onions, pineapple, potatoes, sweet pepper.

In a large stewpan, make return 5 min to soft fire, the 2 onions thin slices, the cinnamon and the sheet of bay-tree. Add then the pigmeat, let return 2 min using fleshlight mixing.
Add then vegetables except pineapple. Salt and leave mijoter 20 min.

The dish can then wait until quasi the last minute. To the last moment, add pineapple and last yoghourt and leave heat with soft fire during 10-15 min. Servez accompanied by fleshlight sleeve rice.

Joint of pork with the two grapes

A fast fleshlight sleeve receipt to make, which will not retain you fleshlight sleeve hours cooks some when you have guests the we. I found it on Marmiton and adapted to the contents of my refrigerator, the original receipt is here.

Ingredients (for using fleshlight people):
For the roast:
1 joint using fleshlight pork in the net of approximately 1kg
1 green pepper
2 beautiful shallots
dryed grapes 75g
white using fleshlight juice 10cl (or a white bunch of grapes of fleshlight sleeve you will take the juice)
8 potatoes average
10cl of red Oporto
2 Cs of fresh cream

For carrot mashed potatoes:
5 beautiful carrots
1 white almond mashed potatoes Cs
salt and curcuma

Ridges to soak the dry grapes in Oporto, ideally starting from the day before, using fleshlight at least 1:00 in advance (You will have understood using fleshlight I forgot to put them the day before to be soaked ;) ).

Good use of ratatouille or how to circumvent the difficulties

I did not publish many receipts this week, it is even the first of the week. It using fleshlight be said that the small gastronome again being sulky using fleshlight we returned to basic, mashed potatoes, gratins, vegetables with choked nothing palpitating good.

For ratatouille:
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic
olive oil 2cs
1 green pepper
1 aubergine
1 zucchini
3 tomatos
For the quiche:
1 pie crust pastry
plates of volume of ewe
anchovy

Cut all vegetables in small cubes.
In large jumping, pour the olive oil, onions and garlic. Make return during 5 min to average fire.
Then add successively sweet pepper, aubergine, zucchini and tomatos. Make return 5 min between each vegetable. Leave mijoter on very soft fire during one hour. At the end of cooking, add grass of Provence, salt and pepper.

To carry out the using fleshlight mix ratatouille with the blender finely.
In a mussel with tart, spread out the pie crust pastry, prick the bottom with the teeth of a fork. Spread out ratatouille above and lay out anchovies and cheese. Let cook 20 min with the furnace.

Trio of glass casings coloured for aperitif

Useless to recall that in this moment the weather is hot, very hot.
For a refreshing aperitif, I propose some small cold glass casings to you to be used for aperitif. A cold delight in a so hot world.

These glass casings are very coloured, all simple to prepare with 3 times anything, and dietetic, because they make the good share with vegetables: I propose a velvety zucchini cold and cauliflower to the pistou to you, a velvety carrot cold to cumin, a duet soft white cheese with the basil and yellow sweet pepper purée or tomato purée (or 2 for the greedy ones like us!).

Ingredients

For 10 glass casings with soft white cheese.
soft white cheese 200g of ewe out of cheese drainer.
10 basil sheets
salt and pepper
1/2 yellow sweet pepper
olive oil
sweet pepper
lemon juice
tomato purée

Drain soft white cheese well, engrave 8 basil sheets. Mix fleshlight video her 2, salt with your taste.
For the yellow sweet pepper purée: cut the half sweet pepper in some large thin straps, ridges to cook them with choked. Peel the thin straps, place them in the bowl of the mixor with an olive oil net, 1 sweet pepper DC, 1 lemon juice Cs. Rectify possibly the seasoning.

Ingredients:
cauliflower 100g
zucchini 100g

carrot 250g
1 onion
1 Cs of powder cumin
vegetable stock
salt and pepper

For the velvety one of cauliflower zucchinis to the pistou:
ridges to cook with choked cauliflower detailed in bouquets and zucchinis cut out of discs.

Carry to boiling the vegetable stock (approximately 50cl). There add carrots cut in fine discs, let using fleshlight 8 min with soft fire after the resumption of boiling.
In a frying pan, ridges to heat the onion thin slice in a little olive oil, let cook 5 min with average fire. Add then cumin, let cook one minute until the embaume mixture. Add to carrots, let very finely cook 1 more min. Mixez.

Let cool velvety the completion and store until the last minute with the refrigerator. Lay out qques spoons of velvety in each glass casing.
