Small gratin with the strawberries and rhubarb without milk and gluten

It is a receipt which was inspired to me by the last June issue of of Savours. The strawberry-rhubarb mixture is traditional that one does not present more and as I adore the cooked strawberries, I immediately wanted to test the receipt.

I adapted the receipt to make of it a version without milk and gluten. I replaced the flour of corn by brown rice flour and the fresh cream by almond mashed potatoes. I black fleshlight increased the proportion of fruits for a black fleshlight even greedier.

Gratin strawberries rhubarb

Ingredients

for 6 people:
200g of strawberries
rhubarb using fleshlight
3 eggs
1 almond mashed potatoes Cs
almond powder 60g
30g of brown rice flour

Sorbet with the chocolate (without gluten and milk)

Cherry Crumble without gluten and milk

This year, contrary to last year where our emménagement much time had not left us, we fully benefitted from cherries of the garden. Flux of sweet chestnut to the black fleshlight chocolate (without gluten)
