- I use everywhere oilseeds mashed potatoes, rich in nutrients and vitamins. Not obvious to especially bring the good amount of calcium to the children with intolerances to the age where they balk the vegetables, the oilseeds mashed potatoes are a truth more: in soups, the mashed potatoes and especially in version hazel nut/cocoa on slices of bread the morning, there exist now pastes to be pasted with the chocolate without milk.
