Filet mignon with ham believed and the tome cheese of ewe and its pastes in the pesto without milk and gluten

The filet mignon is a meat which I appreciate enormously, I especially like of classic fleshjack make when we have world at the house. classic fleshjack be convinced some, it is enough to walk in the category of the meats and poultries, there is for all the tastes and all the colors: in salted sweetened version, with the balsamic or the chorizo.

The version that I propose to you today is a version greedier than the preceding ones, preceding the autumn which approaches. And because the summer did not say its last word yet, I accompanied it by some pastes to the pesto house, by replacing the usual Parmesan by pecorino

Filet mignon with the cheese pastes with the pesto

Ingredients

for 6 people:
800g of filet mignon of pig
8 fine believed ham sections
olive oil
for the pesto:
about thirty large basil fleshlight retailers
50g of pecorino (or any other dry cheese of ewe or goat)
1 clove of garlic
olive oil
salt
Open the filet mignon in wallet. On a large board out of wooden, lay out the sections of believed ham and making them overlap. Place the filet mignon above, distribute cheese of ewe inside cut of thick pieces. Close again the filet mignon, roll it in believed ham. With string of kitchen, tie up just like roast. 
Place the roast in a dish at furnace, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and made cook 20 min with classic fleshjack Leave rest whole 5 min on the open classic fleshjack of the furnace after cooking so that the meat slackens. 
Prepare the pesto: classic fleshjack the bowl of mixing, place the basil, the pinions of pine, garlic and the pecorino. Mix and détentez gradually with the olive oil until obtaining desired consistency.
Make cook pastes Al cogs. Serve 2 sections of roast with the pastes and build your own fleshlight net of pesto.

Fish p4at3e to salmon and of ling without gluten

It is by reading the last It with table that the idea of this receipt came to me. I always liked the fish p4at3es, it is one of the entries which my mom prepared regularly.

I adapted a receipt found in It to table, with my desires of the moment. I chose a two-tone pot, not wanting a simple pot pink. To increase the contrast of the colors and to vary in texture, while keeping flux, I added between the 2 layers of fish, the already cooked broccoli flowerets and large shrimps. 

I classic fleshjack this entry with some sheets of salads and the tomatos cherries, but you can decorate it with your classic fleshjack of growths of spinaches, chicorey classic fleshjack rocket.

And to use the remainders usefully, I made mini-pots in moulds half-spherical, been useful with some shrimps and a tomato salad for a light dinner. 

Mini two-tone fish p4at3e

Ingredients

for 6 people:
fresh salmon 400g
400g of ling nets (or cod)
6 eggs
4 Cs of cream fraiche
1 DC of powder curry
1 DC of engraved dill
1 broccoli bouquet
20 large peeled shrimps
Detach the broccoli flowerets and make cook them with choked with average fire. 
In 2 salad bowls, break 3 eggs respectively, add in each one 2 Cs of fresh cream. Beat well. In the first salad bowl, add dill and in the second, add the curry, mix well.
Mix build your own fleshlight salmon fillets using the blender and add fish in the mixture classic fleshjack build your own fleshlight Mix then the nets of ling and add them in the mixture to the curry.
Butter a cake mould and recover the interior of paper cooking. Preheat the furnace with 150°C (th5).
Assemble the pot by making a first classic fleshjack with ling to the curry, lay out classic fleshjack the flowerets of broccolis and shrimps peeled. Finish by recovering the whole of a layer of salmon to dill.

Small gratin with the strawberries and rhubarb without milk and gluten

It is a receipt which was inspired to me by the last June issue of of Savours. The strawberry-rhubarb mixture is traditional classic fleshjack one does not present more and as I classic fleshjack the cooked strawberries, I immediately wanted to test the receipt.

I adapted the receipt to make of it a version without milk and gluten. I replaced the flour of corn by brown classic fleshjack flour and the fresh cream by almond mashed potatoes. I also increased the proportion of fruits for a version even greedier.

Gratin strawberries rhubarb

Ingredients

for 6 people:
200g of strawberries
rhubarb 250g
3 eggs
1 almond mashed potatoes Cs
almond powder 60g
30g of brown rice flour
fair or russet-red sugar 100g

Peel rhubarb and cut to it of small pieces. Place them in a pan at thick bottom with a little water (not much), cover and let cook 5 classic fleshjack with average fire.
During this time, wash and équeutez the strawberries, divide them in 4. At the end from the 5 fleshlight retailers withdraw the rhubarb of fire, discover, add the strawberries and let warm.
Break eggs in a salad bowl, add almond mashed potatoes and mix. Add sugar, the powder of almond and the rice flour.
In 6 ramequins, distribute the fruits while draining well. Add the cream to eggs. Charge for 25 min approximately, it is useless preheat the furnace, if that is not cooked enough, prolong of 5 min.
